We use a variety of materials including silver, brass, enamel, resin, and natural stones.

We currently ship from Prague, Czech Republic, within the EU and internationally.
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition. Customized items cannot be returned.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and details about each product. However, due to the handmade nature of the items, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. This is part of the uniqueness and individuality of each piece.

All prices are listed in EUR and CZK.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and we accept major debit and credit cards.
The final amount charged will include applicable shipping fees and will be based on the current exchange rate, if applicable.

4. Shipping
We ship from Prague, Czech Republic.

• Shipping time: 2–5 business days for items in stock.
• Made-to-order items: Production time varies and will be communicated before payment.
• Shipping methods: We use tracked and insured shipping services.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.

5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for ready-made items, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized pieces
• Made-to-order products
• Gift cards

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged.

6. Cancellations

7. Product Availability
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or part of a limited drop. Once sold, the exact item may no longer be available.
However, you can contact us to request a similar custom piece.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can only be used on our website.

9. Intellectual Property

If a product is marked “Sold,” it means the exact piece is no longer available — but you can request a similar custom piece using the “Customize” button or contact form.
Please note that all pieces are handmade and unique, so reproductions will never be identical.

Yes! All items come carefully packaged and ready to gift.
If you’d like to include a handwritten note or extra touch, just leave a message at checkout.

To keep your piece in the best condition:

• Store it in a dry, soft pouch away from sunlight
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Whenever possible, keep it in its original Dankaorange packaging — it’s designed to protect your piece and preserve its story
